
Dr Mohammad Salim Bahramand is Director of the Health Program for the Afghan Red Crescent Society, from facilitation on fund raising meetings to organizational policy and strategic planning. Dr Mohammad Salim Bahramand has a long experience in fieldwork in different NGOs in Afghanistan.
Dr Mohammad Salim Bahramand started his career as a public health clinic doctor. He then held positions in the Afghan Red Crescent Society as head of international relations department and head of organizational development department. Prior his duty as Health Program Director, he was medical coordinator for Oxfam GB and then civil military, human coordination and external relations focal point for the
Agency Coordination Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR).
Dr Mohammad Salim Bahramand is a medical doctor from Kabul Medical University. He holds a Master of Political Science from Iran Azad University Kabul Branch and a Master of Public Health from the Institute of Management Science Peshawar, Kabul Ibn-e-Sina Branch.
