Working in the Health and Care Department of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Dr Goguadze is technical focal for programmes related to health and migration, Drug Abuse, HIV and Tuberculosis. Medical Doctor, Master in Advances of Sciences in Public Health, Lasha has spent several years as a Federation’s field delegate in Europe and Asia. He coordinates activities of Red Cross and Red Crescent health and migration working group, Red Cross and Red Crescent Partnership on Substance Abuse. Lasha provides technical support to country activities, manages global partnerships and has developed several tools and guidelines in HIV, harm reduction, TB and problems addressing health for migrants.
